> The First Korean Baptist Church (FKBC) began as an evangelism group in 1979 through the First Baptist Church of Enterprise, Alabama.
* In 1980, they called their first Pastor (Pastor Nahm) and in 1982 they called Pastor David C. Kim, who remained until he went to be with the Lord in 1990.
* Notable items during Pastor Kim's tenor include church property being purchased in 1984 and in 1985 the first church building was erected.
* Following Pastor Kim's passing, Dr. Don Lee served as interim pastor until 1991 when Pastor Song Lim came on board.
* Notable items during Pastor Lim's tenor include the first American Deacon (David White) being ordained in 1992 and the FKBC becoming an independent member of the Coffee County Baptist Association (CCBA) in 1995.
* In 1996, Dr. David S. Park was called to take over the ministry for the FKBC and served until his retirement in 2006.
* Notable item's during Dr. Park's tenor include the erecting of a new church building in 1998 (which includes the main sanctuary, fellowship hall, library & classrooms) and the erecting of the Vision Center in 2004 (which includes the youth ministries, family activity center, and additional classrooms).
* In 2005, Pastor Byung S. Kim was called to be the associate Pastor until 2006 when he took over from Pastor Park and still currently serves.
